This is a FREE, FUN event in the very heart of Sandringham across from the train station, with plant scaping by Bay Road Nursery and flower feature by Adam the Flower Man. So, save the date, bring the family and join in the fun. Oh yes ... there'll be food trucks too, this mighty community celebration with over 20-performers on the day and ending with a surprise.
