Get ready for summer and the silly season, with the return of our Twilight Yoga classes on the foreshore this December!

We'll be back beside  iconic  Sandringham Band Rotunda for three weeks - on Thursday 2, 9 & 16 December from 6:30pm.

Come to create more space and balance in your body and mind, with a 45 minute yoga class and then grab dinner/ drinks from one of the great local eateries for a happy belly too!

All experience levels are welcome. No experience necessary. Come and give it a try!

BYO yoga mat - sunscreen, mozzie repellent water (and towel for a sunset dip after class!)

Places are limited to 25 people per class - get in quick to reserve your spot!  Limit of 2 tickets per person.

COVID Information:

This is a COVID Safe event. To help keep everyone safe and healthy, registered attendees will be required to check in via the event QR code and present their covid vaccination certificate upon arrival.

Please maintain 1.5m distance from other participants wherever possible - face masks are optional outdoors but not essential.

THE TEACHER:

Oh My Yoga - Mia Ferreira:

Mia is a certified and experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher who has been practicing and teaching in Sydney and Melbourne for more than 10 years. More recently, Mia has been teaching yoga classes at the Sandringham Life Saving Club.

Mia has been enjoying early morning dips in the bay with the Sandy Icebergers and is also a current Sandringham Traders Association committee member.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS:

In case of rain or inclement weather, the class may be cancelled and registered participants will be notified via email and receive a full refund.

If you are no longer able to attend we ask that you cancel your order  to allow another Sandy yoga lover to attend. You can cancel your order via Eventbrite up to one day before the event, or by emailing us before 4:00pm on the day. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
