Bayside City Council have announced a Sandringham shopping precinct upgrade, to enhance the Sandy Village shopping precinct to make it a more attractive and appealing place to spend time.
In 2019, Bayside City Council created a new design for the centre which included a village square and a new and improved streetscape.
