A member may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting.
A form of proxy approved by the Committee is attached to this Notice.
Under rule 35 of the Association, a member not physically present at a general meeting may be permitted to participate in the meeting by the use of technology that allows the member and other members present at the meeting to clearly and simultaneously communicate with each other. For this purpose, a member may attend the meeting by Zoom.
