Environmental Upgrade Finance is a long-term, low-interest loan that is repaid quarterly through your council rates.
The program is designed to help businesses make sustainability upgrades without any out-of-pocket costs. Whether you are installing solar panels or a solar battery, replacing inefficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, or installing an electric vehicle charging station, Environmental Upgrade Finance can help your business save money AND reduce emissions.
This program is designed to help businesses unlock savings and become more sustainable. The unique terms of the agreement mean that most businesses are cashflow positive from day one – where their savings are higher than their repayments.
