Mike is the founder of Sandringham’s original cafe, Limoncello established in 2001 its located in Station Street with an ethos ‘serving coffee and community’. 

With over 40 years of hospitality experience behind him he offers a great perspective, Mike is an active committee member of the Sandringham Traders Association and a major sponsor.
